For starters you shouldn’t be quiet or vanish off like this.. your silence only proves your guilt.
You are the production house and the boss, YOU and only you get to decide who gets what part in your production. Who gets paid or who gets fired. Ultimately the money is coming out of your pocket.
World wide rule - Companies hire candidate based on the job role and the requirement. Not because someone walked in and asked for a job wo consideration.
Nepotism is just a title that is being mis-used a lot these days. Why don’t people raise questions or protest for Ambaani. After all he too is training his son to take over the business eventually.
It’s natural order of nature which states, take the next best in line.
Your production and movies are way too commercial or I would say wholesome entertainment. A person can leave all his worries at home and walk into a movie that does need brain scratching.
My personal note for you - change your humour style .. people are evolving and so is the mind set. People don’t get joy from bitching or gossiping about any star. We feel it’s a pathetic attempt to maintain trp.
Like the way you keep your dope parties under wraps, keep the bitching an gossiping also under wraps or only till your close knit circle. Believe me people will love you more.
CHANGE your script writers .. change the person who writes speeches for you immediately. Hire people who connect with audience on more intimate bases. Who connect with youngsters from age 24-36. Movies like SOTY just seem like an attempt to remake Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Your script writers need to get rid of this formula. Immediately!!!
I don’t know of you’ll return to Social Media sooner than later, but please re-think the whole strategy and take baby steps to connect back with your followers.
