Product care:

1. For long lasting shine, keep in dry box wrapped in butter paper or cotton.

2. Do not get them wet for longer period.

3. Wipe them gently with dry muslin after each use.

Yes, we've all been through this situation when we ordered a product but it often comes out damaged or not right.

For that we are sorry and we will do everything in our authority to help you in returns and exchnage. Just follow thru the below steps and we will leave you with a smile pf content.

Returns:

1. You can exchange your product within 15 days from the time of arrival.

2. Make sure the product is in it's original packing and the tags have NOT been removed. Keep the attached invoice handy.

3. Incase the product you received has been damaged please drop us an email at bhanumati.madhwani@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product.

4. Customer will bear the expense for return shipment of the said item.

5. Once we recive the product, our quality check team will investigate the product and check severity of the damage. If the quality check is passed we will credit the customer with the original purchase value of the purchase or the customer will have the option of buying a replaecment product of the same value.

The customer will be kept informed of the status at every stage of the process via email.

Gift and Discounted Items:

Items purchased as gift, on sale, on discounts are NOT eligible for any returns or refunds.

We normally try to dispatch the prders at the earliest. But our normal time frame is 1-2 working days.

Your order placement works like below:

1. We receive your order.

2. Payment transaction take palce.

3. Once the transaction is complete, we will send your order request to the nearest warehouse.

4. Warehouse will allocate an order number and a dispatch number against your order.

5. Package would be packed.

6. Once this is done the delivery person will pick your order from our warehouse and start with in-transit process.

7. Customers will be kept informed of the complete shipment via email along with a order number and a tracking number.
